Banana-apple oatmeal cookie
Ingredients: 100 g BioTechUSA Protein Gusto Oat&Whey with Fruits Banana Apple, 40-45 ml water, 5 g coconut fat, 20 g ground walnut, 1 big apple, cinnamon, erythritol or birch sugar to taste.
Preparation: Mix oatmeal powder with water until smooth and add ground walnut. Spread coconut fat in a bowl. Put in oatmeal mixture. Add apple segments on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Preheat oven to 180°C, put in bowl and bake for about 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle top with erythritol or birch sugar while still hot.
